Shipping & Returns

• All orders are shipped via USPS.
• A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your package is dropped off at the post office.
• We do everything we can to ship all orders the same business day or the next as our goal is to get you the product as soon as possible.
• Orders typically take 1-4 business days to get to your mailbox from the day they are dropped off at the post office, depending on your distance from our location in Glencoe, MN
• All orders over $40 ship free!
• For orders to Canada or any other country outside the US, contact us about shipping rates and we will try to find the best rate.
• Any questions about shipping or special shipping requests contact us and we will be happy to help.

Returns

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, contact us! You can send us back your new unused items for a full, 100%, refund of the product. We'll also pay the return shipping shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received a incorrect or defective item, etc).
• If you believe your package was damaged during delivery and resulted in a product getting damaged, contact us and we do everything we can to resolve the issue.
• If you ever have any issue with using any product of ours, get a hold of us and we will do everything we can to make it right.
